Signal is the AI advisory practice of The Desine Co. We help small to mid-sized organizations turn AI from experimentation into results, through executive advisory, AI strategy, roadmapping, organizational education, and measuring adoption after launch.
Full programs are customizable and can run anywhere from 90 days to year-long engagements, from assessment through to measured adoption. However, advisory and education engagements can be considerably shorter.
We can, and we do deliver solutions and integrations when a roadmap calls for it. But our focus is the advisory and education work that decides whether any of it gets used. We are not a reseller and we hold no vendor incentives. We offer customizable AI solutions.
