Customized services based on your needs. We work on your real presentation, for your audience and make live adjustments. We offer three tiers of service in English.

Three tiers

Preparation for one presentation

The Moment

You have a presentation or call scheduled. You don't want weeks in a development program, you need results now. Walk into the room ready, with your polished talk track in hand.

Review. — We review what you have built and make adjustments to your presentation for clarity, flow and audience.

Rehearse. — Full rehearsals with recordings, and live correction and adjustments. We stop, adjust and run it again. Polishing your talk track from top to bottom.

Finalize. — Final run in your final format, then a proper question and answer pressure test. We role play based on your audience and account for the most difficult person in the room.

An edited presentation, a recording of your final run, and written notes on our adjustments so you can practice on your own. This service generally runs over three sessions.

The Practice

For leaders who want to get ahead in their presentation public speaking. With frequent speaking engagements, it's worth putting in time to be prepared whenever an opportunity comes up.

Baseline recording. — We start from here with an honest assessment. We find out what happens under pressure, the structure of your presentation formatting and start our roadmap of adjustments.

Fine-tuning your skills. — Structure, pace, presence and question handling, working with your live material or any on-hand content.

Polishing. — Two real presentations coached end to end, plus a plan for keeping up your new skills after we finish.

Two final presentations, a recording of before and after, and a customized playbook for your reference. We create confidence in your public speaking toolkit. Program lengths vary based on need and run six to twelve sessions.

The Partnership

For senior leaders who present constantly and would rather not re-engage every time something lands on your calendar. Two standing sessions a month, on-call preparation, and same-day feedback on drafts. A limited number of partnerships available.

Investment

Three tiers of services are scoped based on your project and based on an hourly commitment. Our Presence services typically fall between $4,000 and $18,000 depending on scope. Single sessions will fall below that range.
